Nutrition Coaching

1 on 1 Coaching

Coach Cheryl offers 1:1 nutrition coaching support based on personalized goal-setting, nutritional education, building good eating habits all with the accountability of weekly check-ins. Initial consultations include an initial InBody Assessment for beginning body composition measurements.

Foundational Nutrition

Includes initial, 30-minute consultation, goal-setting, InBody assessment at the beginning and end of the 3 months, and weekly check-ins through email or phone call for up to 30 minutes. *remote clients will not receive InBody assessment*

The basis of this type of nutrition coaching is to develop new eating habits by implementing whole foods, minimizing the intake of processed foods, and creating a basic foundation for a healthy lifestyle change. Clients will be expected to log their food for at least 4 days a week.

This program would be best for those who have never received nutrition coaching, or have minimal experience with food preparation, making healthy food choices, and are looking to make a change with attainable, weekly goals.

Macronutrient Coaching

Includes initial, 30-minute consultation, goal-setting, InBody assessment at the beginning and end of the 3 months, and weekly check-ins through email or phone call for up to 30 minutes. *remote clients will not receive InBody assessment*

The client will be expected to independently track food intake for the time working with their coach using a food log or application such as MyFitnessPal, MyMacros or other tracking systems.  Guidance for caloric and macronutrient intake are adjusted up to two times/month, with respect to the individual’s progress towards their goal.

This program would be best for those who have had experience with food preparation, logging meals, and are looking for further progress by working with a coach with a personalized approach to achieving their goals through their daily nutrition.

Previous clients who have received Foundational Nutrition Coaching through CD FITNESS may upgrade to individualized macronutrient coaching at a special rate.

On-The-Go Coaching

Includes initial, 30-minute consultation, goal-setting, and access to coach support via e-mail or text message at extended time periods beyond the weekly check-in windows offered in Foundational Nutrition or Macronutrient Coaching, based on client need.

Individuals must have completed either Foundational Nutrition or Macronutrient Coaching with CD FITNESS prior to choosing to subscribe to Coach On-the-Go support.  

This program would be best for individuals who are looking to receive coach support with their busy or constantly changing schedules.  Individuals who travel often, experience difficulty with a consistent weekly schedule, or simply are looking for friendly, yet practical accountability “on-the-go” could benefit from this program.  Subscriptions are monthly and do not require a minimum term.
